Which kite is the best?
In the market you can find many different brands and big variety of models, the best thing to do is to get informed by the differences between the brands each brand has their own characteristics, if you are beginner, or advanced...
When getting started, I need to buy equipment?
We always recommend you that when you start on this sport, you go to a specialized school, they will also be responsible of giving the first equipment and some tips to buy different kites depending on your level and physic conditions.
And if you want to start in this sport and dedicate it a lot of time it´s much cheaper to buy your own equipment.
New equipment or used?
It all depends on you if you are a beginner or advanced. And depending on the time you will invest on it.
You have to know that the kites suffer a lot when they´re used and if you buy a second hand it to make a cheaper decision between to practice the sport truly or just a hobby. The best thing to do is to buy to a friend or someone you know if you are a beginner.

Which is the best board to learn?
There´s no doubt that the big twin tips are the best to learn the water start. The board used by almost every kiter is the twin tips and the best sizes are from 1,25cm to 1,45cm length and 35cm to 45cm width. We remind you again that it all depends on your weight, the wind and the kite size and the best to recommend you all this is the kite schools.

What kite size should I buy?
You have to buy the kite that best suits your riding place, the characteristics of the wind the size of the board and your weight. An average spot where there´s from 15 to 25 knots with an average 133x39 twin tip board and a 75kg rider. The best kite size will be a 9m or 10m hybrid.
